We have been selected for the FY2026 'Project for Supporting the Recruitment of Entrepreneurial and Management Personnel for R&D-based Startups / Project for Discovering Human Resources and Fostering Entrepreneurs in Deep Tech Fields (NEP) / Pioneer Course' organized by NEDO.

Northstar System LLC is pleased to announce that we have been selected for the FY2026 "Project for Discovering Human Resources and Fostering Entrepreneurs in Deep Tech Fields (NEP) / Pioneer Course" organized by the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO). The selected theme is "Autonomous Agent Platform with Generative UI for Business Workflow Automation." Through this program, we will refine the commercialization and technical architecture of our "Agentic AI Worker Platform" to address critical operational bottlenecks for local governments and enterprises.

NEP (NEDO Entrepreneurs Program) is an initiative designed to cultivate and support aspiring entrepreneurs taking on the challenge of creating new ventures with deep-tech innovations. The "Pioneer Course" targets pre-incorporation individuals with high-potential technology ideas, providing grant support alongside intensive mentorship from experienced Accompany-Runners (AR) to build viable business models.

The "Agentic AI Worker Platform" currently under development by Northstar System is an integrated AI worker foundation that comprehends information received across voice, documents, and chat. It autonomously conducts verifications, task executions, audit trails, and stakeholder notifications. By seamlessly connecting with existing enterprise databases and systems while escalating critical approvals to human personnel, it delivers end-to-end automation aligned with real-world workflows.

We are actively developing and delivering the following core AI Workers:

• Voice AI Worker: Handles inbound and outbound telephone calls grounded in enterprise domain knowledge. It extracts actionable data from conversations, generates call logs, and shares notifications with relevant personnel.
• Audit AI Worker: Ingests handwritten or scanned receipts, applications, and accounting ledgers to cross-verify multi-document consistency. Beyond basic character recognition, it validates discrepancies, detects defects, and synthesizes structured audit reports.
• Chat AI Worker: Answers customer inquiries via interactive chat grounded in internal business documents. It dynamically regulates knowledge boundaries, empowering self-service while relieving frontline helpdesks.

Furthermore, leveraging the selected theme of Generative UI and autonomous agent infrastructure, we aim to dynamically assemble contextual user interfaces alongside agentic AI workflows, allowing operators to oversee real-time processing status and intervene with verifications or directives whenever necessary.

Moving forward, leveraging the hands-on mentorship of the NEP Pioneer Course, Northstar System will validate customer needs, solidify customer value propositions, and accelerate business model development.
